Our Company was incorporated in 1999 in the name of Abington Ventures Inc., and was changed to Abington Resources Ltd. in 2009. We are a reporting issuer in British Columbia and Alberta and listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “ABL”. The Company is also quoted over the counter in the United States under the symbol “ABIZF”.

Abington was initially engaged in oil and gas exploration in Western Canada. The Company continues to have a positive cash flow from these same wells.

Looking to diversify, we recognized an opportunity in the precious metals markets.

Our portfolio of properties includes:

Juniper Property - In early January 2012, the Company exercised a Letter of Intent to enter into a lease agreement on 110 unpatented lode claims in Pershing County, Nevada south of Winnemucca. The claim's exploration history includes work done by companies such as Newmont, Morrison-Knudsen Gold (MK Gold) and others.

The Kingsford and Weyburn Oil Properties - Joint venture oil projects in Saskatchewan, Canada, both of which are presently producing. These properties afford positive cash flow to the Company and have the potential for additional offset wells.
