Mr. Brenner is currently an independent business consultant and has served as an officer and director of various emerging growth companies with specific duties including administration, raising capital and evaluating business opportunities. J. Lewis Dillman CFO and Director Mr. Dillman holds a master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University located in New York, USA with a specialization in international banking and finance. He has extensive contacts in the U.S. and Canadian oil and gas producing industry as well as financial communities. Philip Taneda Director Mr. Taneda has over 19 years experience in marketing, sales and business administration. He has experience in private enterprises as well as Canadian public companies in the areas of marketing and finance. Barry Underhill Director Mr. Underhill was employed as an insurance representative for 12 years. He subsequently joined an investment firm in British Columbia and now serves on the Board of two public companies in the capacity of Director. Laurence Sookochoff, P. Eng Advisor to the Board Mr. Sookochoff is a member of, and has held an executive position with the Vancouver Branch of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He has been practicing as a Consulting Geologist for over 40 years in the Americas, Africa and Asia, and in 1983 established Sookochoff Consultants Inc. based in Vancouver, Canada and Manila, Philippines. He was founding Director of many companies including Corona Resources Ltd., the company credited with the discovery, development, and production of the Hemlo Gold deposit.
